1. I have a question about this specific product.

2. Can all products be personalised?
   A lot of our products can be personalised, however we do have some designs where personalisation is not possible. we also have collaborations and so these also cannot be personalised. 
   
   
3. What is you returns policy?
   Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised items as all our personalised products are made to order. See our returns policy for more information
   
   
4. Can I purchase a Gift Card?
   Yes! We at LuLi Crafts want our customers to be able to send LuLi Crafts gift cards to friends and family allowing them to choose a product that they like. 
   
   
5. My item arrived faulty, what do I do?
   If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item free of charge. We may ask for photographic evidence of the breakage before sending out a replacement.  Items that have already been decorated will not be replaced.
   
   
6. My Item is personalised but I don’t like it, can I return?
   If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. See our returns policy for more information. We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
   
   
7. Can products and cards be sent to directly to recipients. 
   Yes you can send items directly to a different delivery address.
   
   
8. Can messages be added to cards?
   If you require a message this can be added to notes or the personalisation field if applicable. All messages are handwritten unless stated otherwise.
   
   
9. Are return postage costs reimbursed?
   The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
   
   
10. How do your discounts work
    Discounts will be applied to various items at our discretion. Please note that discounts will be rounded to the nearest penny.
    
    *3 Cards for £9 - please note this is rounded to £9.01 and applies to the purchase of blank cards and across all greetings cards. Colours may vary.
